Order Policies:

*All sales are final* I will send you as much information as I can about any product you are interested in, so that you can insure that it is what you want and need. I will only make exceptions in the form of an exchange if an error has been made on my part in what was shipped versus what was ordered.

Shipping Information:

Orders usually ship within 2 days of receiving payment.

Express Orders usually ship the same day or the following day, depending on what time of day we receive the order, however overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed, as some locations are 2 or 3 day service depending on how far they are from the nearest airport, post office hours, and whether delivery is to a P.O. Box. (Delivery to P.O. Boxes always takes longer)

Jenkitty's E-Closet is not responsible for errors made by the shipping service, such as damage or loss of items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase insurance if they would like for their order to be insured, and all insurance claims must be made directly with the shipping company used to send the package.
