I grew up in the costume business, with two creative artistic parents, and thus my love of all things costume, clubwear, and novelty is simply a passion!

When I discovered the internet and found that I could share this passion with the world, what an exciting realization!

*****My statement on critters and the environment: It is important to me to state that any items that I create that use feathers, leather, or other materials that come from animals are recycled and re-purposed. The feathers are from broken "angel wings" and other damaged costume items given to me, and though I don't use leather at this time, if I ever have a product that has leather in it, it would be from a broken or vintage item. My company obtains packing materials, including styrofoam peanuts, tissue paper, etc from local businesses that are disposing of them as waste. I use recycled paper, turn my computer monitor and lights off when not in use, and any other tricks I can to reduce my company's carbon footprint. I make regular donations to the Alachua County Humane Society - It's likely that some of the money from your purchase will be going there within the next month! Thanks for helping me to do my part. =)****

Order Policies:

*All sales are final* I will send you as much information as I can about any product you are interested in, so that you can insure that it is what you want and need. I will only make exceptions in the form of an exchange if an error has been made on my part in what was shipped versus what was ordered.

Shipping Information:

Orders usually ship within 2 days of receiving payment.

Express Orders usually ship the same day or the following day, depending on what time of day we receive the order, however overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed, as some locations are 2 or 3 day service depending on how far they are from the nearest airport, post office hours, and whether delivery is to a P.O. Box. (Delivery to P.O. Boxes always takes longer)

Jenkitty's E-Closet is not responsible for errors made by the shipping service, such as damage or loss of items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase insurance if they would like for their order to be insured, and all insurance claims must be made directly with the shipping company used to send the package.
